1. Warranty Period

  • 12 months from the date on the shipping label / invoice.
  • “Long-Buy, Long-Protect”: stock purchased this month keeps the full 12-month warranty even if the calendar rolls over.

2. Factory Guarantee

  • Every screen is powered-on, touch-tested, and visually inspected before shipment.
  • Test video/photo is stored for 30 days for dispute verification.

3. Coverage & Exclusions

Covered

  • Functional failures under normal use: no display, dead touch, lines, flicker.

Not Covered

  • Any physical damage: cracked glass, bent frame, torn FPC, water ingress, burnt connector, tool-induced scratches.
  • Damage after installation (screens are fragile—test BEFORE mounting).
  • Tamper-evident label removed or damaged (intact label = “not yet installed”).

4. DOA / Warranty Claim Steps

Step 1 – Immediate Test

  • Record one continuous video: unboxing → serial-number close-up → power-on test with motherboard or tester.
  • Upload via WhatsApp bot / web portal within:
    • 7 days for individual buyers (DOA window)
    • 15 days for repair shops (DOA window)

Step 2 – Submit Ticket

  • Provide: serial number, problem video/photos, original order number.
  • Our QC reviews within 24 h on working days.

Step 3 – Return or Replacement

DOA (within window)

  • We email a prepaid return label.
  • After receipt, we ship a free replacement within 48 h.

After DOA window (functional failure only)

  • Repair shops: “advance replacement” option—pay a deposit, we ship the new unit first, you return the defective one within 10 days.
  • Individual users: you pay one-way shipping to our service center; we repair or replace and cover return shipping.

5. Tamper-Evident Label & Serial Number

  • Each screen has a laser-etched serial on the FPC and a silver VOID label on the back.
  • Label intact = uninstalled = keeps DOA rights.
  • Label broken = installed = only 12-month functional warranty applies (physical damage excluded).

6. Repair-Shop Bulk Return Policy

  • Monthly functional-defect return rate ≤ 3 %.
  • If > 3 %, video proof of pre-installation test is required for each claim.
  • Returns missing serial numbers or with removed labels will be rejected and sent back freight-collect.

7. Shipping & Duties

  • DOA replacements: factory covers one-way shipping.
  • Warranty repairs after DOA: buyer ships to us; we pay return shipping.
  • Import duties on returns (if any) are split 50/50.
