Test video/photo is stored for 30 days for dispute verification.

Functional failures under normal use: no display, dead touch, lines, flicker.
Not Covered
Any physical damage: cracked glass, bent frame, torn FPC, water ingress, burnt connector, tool-induced scratches.
Damage after installation (screens are fragile—test BEFORE mounting).
Tamper-evident label removed or damaged (intact label = “not yet installed”).
IPS Screen for Mobile Phones – What It Means
